NutraMoods crafts highly effective food and herb-based solutions to address a variety of conditions plaguing modern society, such as anxiety, pain, lack of energy, and an inability to sleep. PTSD was the focus of our first products. To this day, we donate products to shelters that help veterans and others experiencing PTSD.
Our products get superior results because of our use of high-quality adaptogens. Adaptogens are herbs, roots, and other plant substances (like mushrooms, ashwagandha, and rhodiola) that have the ability to adapt to an individual's needs. They help our bodies manage stress and restore balance after stressful situations.
Our Story
Our journey began when we had a simple yet profound realization. Adaptogenic foods and herbs have the potential to help millions of people. Guided by NutraMoods, Founder and Marine Corps veteran Chris Tinney, we embarked on a mission to harness the healing properties of two specific adaptogens: medicinal mushrooms and ashwagandha. Today, these products are a lifeline to his fellow veterans and others experiencing PTSD. Since then, we have added five other categories to help improve your life.
